Service policy
Service Scope
Our service includes dusting, vacuuming, surface cleaning, upholstery maintenance, and odor removal. Additional deep cleaning requests must be scheduled in advance.
Booking & Cancellation
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 12 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Eco-Friendly Cleaning
We use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products to ensure safety for your family, pets, and the environment. If you have specific product preferences, please inform us in advance.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a complimentary touch-up cleaning if necessary.
Access & Security
Clients must ensure access to the living room at the scheduled time. If entry is restricted, rescheduling fees may apply. Our team follows strict security and confidentiality measures.
Pricing & Payment
Service charges are based on room size and cleaning requirements. Payments must be made upon service completion via cash, card, or online transfer. Additional charges apply for extra services.

We return to the office with your preferred days, times, and cleaning requirements, then match you with a cleaner. All of our cleaners are DBS-checked, fully insured, and selected to ensure a reliable and comfortable fit for your home or loved one.
